Adam leads corporate development at Anduril Industries, a defense products company. He has extensive experience developing and executing technology-led M&A strategies that create competitive advantage, establishing strategic partnerships with large tech firms and high-growth startups, and using corporate venture capital investing to align incentives. He has plenty of hot takes on how these tools should be used, and how they should not be used.
Prior to Anduril, Adam held several senior corporate development and strategy roles across the technology and defense industries.
Adam holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from the London Business School. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Executive Program (VCEP) at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in Southern California.
