Adam leads corporate development at Anduril Industries, a defense products company. He has extensive experience developing and executing technology-led M&A strategies that create competitive advantage, establishing strategic partnerships with large tech firms and high-growth startups, and using corporate venture capital investing to align incentives.
Adam began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, working in the firm’s strategy, financial services, and artificial intelligence practices and leading the firm’s Silicon Valley office and corporate venture capital program. He has also held senior strategic roles at PayPal and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
Adam holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from the London Business School. He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Executive Program (VCEP) at the University of California, Berkeley.
